The Vision of ECI is to function as a One-Stop Central Human Counselor Resource Bank.  A  Client- Centered therapeutic bank that network the availability of qualified, certified and licensed Counselors on demand to serve individuals, families and agencies at an affordable cost.  

These counselors will be ready to provide services 24/7 within the continent of the United States. Each counselor register with our institute will be required to secure an annual Police and medical clearance with in the state they resided.   All ECI Counselors will be required present to proper identification before addressing their clients receiving services.
