SPECIAL SERVICES AND COUNSELING FOR VETERANS AND RE-ENTRY OFFENDERS:
It
is ECI’s philosophy that all good and effective treatment begins with a
collective understanding of the problem and the effects if no one
address the issues, the needs and the disorders that produce the
problem.
It is a known fact that leading clinical scientists through the nations
will tell us those pills alone is not the answer in treating ‘Trauma and
Posttraumatic Stress’. That Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is
common among returning Veterans and Re-entry offenders to our
communities.
ECI is promoting the awareness of PTSD among our returning Veterans.
Some say that PTSD is nothing but the “Shadow of Combat”. If this is
true we need to get these veterans out from the shadows of combat in to
the real world of respect and appreciation for their services to us and
to their country. Other services includes, alcohol and drug counseling,
pre/post marriage relationships, and best parenting practices.
ECI will be providing a minimum of two free sessions to returning
veterans and their families. |
