HOW CAN ECI’S PROGRAMS AND SERVICES MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

ECI’S programs are designed to reverse the spiral of alcoholism, drug addiction, domestic violence, child abuse, unsafe drinking and driving.  Personality development in the home, school, places of worship and the market place.   • How to understand and develop the ability to determine acceptable performance standards regarding amount and quality of skills.

  • How to develop acceptable habits (dress code) of neatness, thoroughness, and concern of  yourself  and to your customers

  • How to understand the importance of relating to your supervisor and coworkers.

  • How to understand the importance of seeking, accepting, and handling deserved and underserved criticism.

  • How to understand the terms discrimination, prejudice and stereotyping.

  • How to understand the damage discrimination can do in the workplace.

  • How to identify positive and negative ways of dealing with conflict.
